If you lookin’ for a good stationary bike for physical therapy, you gotta think about what you need. Me, I needed somethin’ that wouldn’t hurt my knees more. Some of them bikes, they’re hard on the joints, you know? But this one I got, it’s got this here seat that’s real comfortable. Some of these stationary bikes, they got all these fancy programs and whatnot. I don’t need all that. I just wanna pedal and get some exercise. But if you into that kinda thing, then you might wanna look for one that’s got all them bells and whistles. I hear some people like use the screen to join the class, they do exercise together, that is fun.
Now, the doc, he told me to start slow. Said I shouldn’t overdo it. So I just ride for a little bit each day, and then I gradually increase the time. It’s important to listen to your body, you know? If somethin’ hurts, you gotta stop.
This here bike, it’s been a real godsend for me. It’s helpin’ me get stronger, and it’s helpin’ with the pain in my knees. Plus, it’s somethin’ to do when I’m bored, you know?
