Okay, so I’ve been seeing this question pop up a lot: “What yoga mat does Adriene use?” You know, Adriene Mishler, from Yoga With Adriene on YouTube? I got curious too, so I decided to do some digging and, well, try to figure it out myself.
The Investigation Begins
First, I scrolled through a bunch of her older videos. I figured maybe she’d mentioned it at some point, or maybe the mat itself would be super obvious. No luck. They all looked like pretty standard yoga mats, nothing that screamed “THIS IS THE ONE!”

It’s got that nice balance of cushioning and grip, and it seems durable enough to hold up to daily practice, something I imagine Adriene would need. I could be wrong, but I’d tried my best and finally got a great one.
