Okay, so I’ve been looking to upgrade my home gym setup for a while now. Space is always an issue, and I was getting tired of tripping over a bunch of different dumbbell weights. That’s when I started looking into adjustable dumbbells, and the Crane Fitness ones kept popping up.

Getting Started
First, I did some digging. Checked out some reviews, compared prices, the usual. The Crane Fitness adjustable dumbbells seemed like a good balance of price and functionality. I liked that they weren’t super bulky like some of the other options.
The Unboxing
Boom! They arrived. The box was pretty heavy, which, you know, duh, they’re weights. But it was packaged well, nothing was damaged.
Setting Them Up
This was the part I was a little worried about. I’m not the handiest person. But honestly, it was super easy. They basically came pre-assembled. I just had to put the weights on the stand, and that was it.
Figuring Out the Adjustment Mechanism
This took a little bit of getting used to. There’s a dial on each end of the dumbbell. You just turn it to the weight you want, and it clicks into place. It felt a little weird at first, but I quickly got the hang of it. You gotta make sure you hear that click, though, otherwise, the weights won’t be secure. That’s important!
My First Workout
I started light, just to test them out. I did some bicep curls, then some shoulder presses. It was awesome being able to quickly switch between weights without having to swap out plates or grab different dumbbells. It really sped up my workout.
- Started with 10 lbs for warm-up curls.
- Quickly dialed up to 20 lbs for working sets.
- Then jumped to 30 lbs for shoulder presses.
- Finished with some lighter weight, high-rep sets.
The Verdict (So Far)
I’ve been using these Crane Fitness adjustable dumbbells for a few weeks now, and I’m really digging them. They feel solid, the adjustment is smooth (once you get the hang of it), and they’ve saved me a ton of space. My workouts are more efficient, and I’m not constantly tripping over weights. Plus, It feels good to use them. All and all, totally worth the price.

I will keep my sharing going on if I discover some new stuff about it.
