Okay, so today I hit the gym and focused on what I’m calling the “Inspire Barbell” workout. It’s nothing super fancy, just my way of mixing things up with the barbell.

I started with a good warm-up. You know, some arm circles, leg swings, and a few minutes on the treadmill just to get the blood flowing. I don’t want to pull anything!
The Workout
Here’s what I did:
- Barbell Rows: 3 sets of 8 reps. I really focused on keeping my back straight and pulling with my back muscles, not just my arms. It’s so easy to cheat on these!
- Overhead Press: 3 sets of 8 reps. Man, these are tough! I struggled a bit on the last set, but I pushed through.
- Back Squats: 3 sets of 10 reps. I went a little lighter on the weight today because my legs were still feeling it from my last workout. I concentrated on good form, going down nice and low.
- Deadlifts: 1 set of 5 reps. Just one heavy set today. I really took my time with these, making sure my form was perfect before I lifted.
- Bench Press:3 sets of 6 * is so exciting to push the iron!I just focused on myself.
After that, I finished up with some stretching. Gotta stay flexible, right?
It wasn’t a crazy intense workout, but I definitely felt it. It’s all about consistency, showing up, and putting in the work. That’s what inspires me to keep going! The most important thing is that I can feel my body is getting stronger and healthier, little by little.
